How long does G2A wait for payment? ›

Most payment methods are processed instantly. Some payments, e.g. international bank transfers or cash payments require more time.

Most of the time it's because your provider didn't approve your payment. Check if: You typed in correct payment details - card number, expiration date, CVV code. Your card can be used for international payments - some cards, prepaids or gift cards, work only in specific regions/countries.

If you have already paid for your order, canceling it is not possible. If you have marked an order as canceled while it was still “waiting for payment”, but the payment was charged - the order will still be completed once the payment is processed by your payment provider and our system.
